Use of Website The website is intended for: - Alumni registration and engagement - Dissemination of official information - Admission application processing - Payment of dues and donations - Communication of institutional updates Users agree to use the website lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights or restrict the use of others.
3. Membership and Eligibility Membership of UCOSA is open to former students of Urhobo College, Effurun. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. UCOSA reserves the right to verify membership claims and deny or revoke membership where false information is provided.
4. Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Elections National Officers of UCOSA are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in accordance with the UCOSA Constitution. Members in good standing are encouraged to participate in elections and may contest positions for which they are qualified, experienced, and capable of serving responsibly.
5. Constitution of UCOSA The UCOSA Constitution governs the structure, elections, duties of officers, and operational procedures of the Association. Members are encouraged to obtain a copy of the Constitution from the Secretariat. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Constitution, the provisions of the Constitution shall prevail.
6. Admissions Admission forms for Urhobo College will be made available through the official website during the admission period. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. Admission decisions are based on merit, available space, and compliance with the school’s admission requirements. UCOSA and the College reserve the right to verify all submitted documents and to reject applications containing false or misleading information.
7. Payments and Donations Membership dues, donations, and other payments made through the website must be lawful and authorized by the payer. Payments made are generally non-refundable except where otherwise stated or where errors occur during processing. UCOSA reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid dues where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and documents, is the property of UCOSA or used with permission. No material may be reproduced, distributed, or published without prior written consent from UCOSA.
