The Urhobo College Old Students Association (UCOSA) Ughelli Branch is one of the regional chapters of the official alumni body of Urhobo College, Effurun, an established secondary school founded in 1948. UCOSA brings together graduates and former students living in and around Ughelli to build a strong community dedicated to preserving the heritage and values of their alma mater.
The branch serves as a platform for alumni to connect, collaborate, and engage in activities that promote professional networking, mentorship for current students, and collective efforts to support the academic, infrastructural, and social development of Urhobo College. By organising events, meetings, and initiatives, the Ughelli Branch helps strengthen the broader UCOSA mission of unity, service, and sustained excellence among Urhobo College alumni both locally and across the diaspora.
