  • When are National Officers elected?

    National Officers of UCOSA are elected during the Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) in accordance with the provisions of the UCOSA Constitution. Members in good standing are encouraged to actively participate in the electoral process.

    Qualified and capable members with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to contest positions for which they are suitably prepared to serve. Leadership within UCOSA is regarded as a responsibility rooted in competence, integrity, and commitment to the advancement of the Association.

  • Where can members obtain a copy of the UCOSA Constitution?

    Members are encouraged to obtain a copy of the UCOSA Constitution from the Secretariat. The Constitution outlines the governance structure, electoral processes, membership obligations, and operational guidelines of the Association.
